A Dutch company plans to construct a luxurious golf complex nearby Pernik, a small town near Sofia city. The company “VVD Estate”, which is part of the “V Investment Holding” will construct a golf course and a spa centre in Dragichevo village. The project envisages the construction of a golf course with 27 holes, 50 villas, a luxurious club house, a boutique hotel and a shopping centre. The equipment will take 3 450 decares. The company has already acquired 300 decares. The investor will invest money in the project in order create a VIP centre which fully complies with all world standards. Moreover, the ambition of the company is to include the golf course in Top 100, announced the manager of the company, Mr. Georgi Marin.
